end of semester is coming, so that means that the housing fee for next semester is due this week as well.
it's about A$3000 for housing from 8 july to 9 dec 2013, at roughly $130 a week.
i did a quick check of my finances.
thanks mom, for wiring me money!!!
my first week here - spent $300! starting up is expensive. bought a lot of food, mostly, to stock up.
after that, the monthly expenditure ranged from $340 (march) to $440 (april) to about $100 (may).
for march, i bought supplies for school and went out a little.
for april, i went out more, and also traveled to Kalgoorlie and Leonora.
for may, i hardly went out at all.
i'm covered for housing, but i need to get my student visa renewed here, so i'm not sure how much the whole thing (medical checkup and visa fee) will cost.
also trying to get a job.
passed my resume over to my friend's boss today. she might need people for the school holidays when her staff go back to their home country.
out of 10 international students i asked, 7 are going home for the holidays!
ii na.
i think i will home alone in my flat because most of my flatmates will be away as well.
