 went to the Willeton fair.
clowns are still big in Western Australia.
 the back of the drum beaters.
yellow plumes, complete silver sequin suit, black and orange in 1 outfit. wonderful.
 ponies!
and camels!
man in charge was not the jolliest man in the world. didn't smile and yelled at people in the queue.
 little girl vs dog.
Frodo was very popular at the fair because he looked wonderfully fluffy.

and there were 3 boys walking around giving out free fruit in a very big tub.
1 boy kept saying "yes, it's free! all thanks to my manager" while pointing to the smallest boy of the group.
so amusing.
 went to Fremantle.
had my first fish and chips at Cicerello's - a very big and popular joint.
this was the seafood platter ($21+) - pineapple fritter was interesting. it's a deep-fried pineapple slice.
the "vinegar" was 95% water and 5% vinegar! unforgivable.

 the view - many seagulls.
that weekend was special - it was a festival, so there were many street performances in Fremantle.
 a random yacht at the harbour.
Frodo met some other dogs at the harbour - i carried him onboard a stranger's boat to say hi to a dog, lol.
with permission, of course.
then we went to the Cappucino Strip.

the glare from the sun was no joke.
the entrance to Fremantle market. it was small.

how ironic.

then we had coffee at Gino's (treat from auntie P).

then we went to visit her friend at her house to congrat her on her new job.
it was a lovely place with a patio, Buddha-head-tile water fountain, and a big cat.
we had a nice dinner there too - feta cheese tomato salad, aparagus, beetroot, grilled turkish meat roll, chutney.
