just an update at 10.04pm -
there still no power outage yet...
i didn't get pizza;
i didn't go to the library;
people are playing guitar at the common room;
the weather is nice and cool;
i am very sleepy.
work today was hectic :(
was very busy in the morning, so i was happy to eat fries with my colleague at 9.50am.
but i was too complacent. enjoyed the chat very much, and didn't notice the missed call or sms until 11.15.
then i realised there was a sms for us to go to help a classroom with AV set up at 10.50am. the sms was received at 10.16am.
because all the service requests so far came through the 2 way, i didn't expect one to come by sms. and worst, i didn't bother to check my phone.
by the time i got to the classroom, the lecturer was a bit fed up that no one attended to his request until 11.20am. it was very awkward trying to apologise and in the end still not be able to fix his problem.
sigh. i feel bad because i didn't see the sms when i was having fun. but then again, the service desk is not supposed to send requests by sms like that.
but in other news, i got some good ideas from colleagues when i told them about my practical project.
