Went on a road trip with guild house people to the pinnacles desert.
the people in charge forgot to bring the money and the food and got lost. Lol
made new friends with various nice people.
Was in the back seat with flat mate and and outgoing 17 year old Australian guy. Was able to play "I spy", imitate dance moves, and talk about birthdays and random shit in a fun way thanks to them. Also shocked people with my age (they can't believe I'm older than 24).
after the pinnacles, we went sand boarding at an ancient dried sea bed with great dunes of fine white sand, next to the ocean.
It's very tiring to go down and carry the board up again.
Flat mate was very good.
Then, we went to jump into the sea at "back beach". There were mid sized waves breaking onto the shallow sand bed. It was cool to jump and try to ride the waves, but awful to miss and end up drinking sea water that tasted vaguely of diesel.
