11 jul 2013 - feast

G decided to have a dinner party because he was bored.
on the menu - chicken wings, roast chicken, homemade fries, sandwiches, soup, etc...
there were 4 guests, myself included, and we all helped to make the feast happen.

frying chicken wings according to the recipe of a Taiwanese chef.
coat wings in egg + soy sauce, dreg in breadcrumb + chicken salt, then dreg in flour.
deep fry in small pot.
the result - salty and delicious like KFC.
home made fries. cut and wash fries. freeze it for 2 hours. fry it once to cook the inside, then fry it again to get the outside crisp.
these fries were coated in the leftover breadcrumb + chicken salt. yum.
the food took 4 hours to prepare though. lol
by the time the table was set, everyone was full from eating sandwiches and wings.
