made some eggless apple cake today, using this recipe.

 i used Pink Lady apples, which are terrifically sweet, crunchy and delicious. the best kind of apples!
had to bake it for 90 minutes as it wasn't firming up. the baked apples gave off the aroma of honey!
the crumb was quite wet because of the jammy apple chunks though.
my flatmate said he doesn't like apples so i didn't have to share it with him. haha
