9 march 2013, 10.06 am - 1st 3d process tutorial

there was the tutorial for the workshop course i had on Thurs. silly me, i thought Fri's session was a workshop as well.anyway the tutor is a jewellery designer who is currently doing her PhD. she's feminine without the mystique, because i saw her at the workshop on Thurs and she loves working with metal. and has a lots of 'feels' in how she describes things, especially her passion for creating sometimes non-wearable jewellery.

she's why i'm going to the Art Gallery today. and i have to look for a site where there are "connections" between the natural and built environment to record in a 'visual diary'.  (._.)

here are pictures of trees in the campus. why? i don't know.

i think 10% of the student population look East Asian. another 5% look like other Asians.
my tutorial class on Friday was 60% East Asian. lol.

 benches under the trees.
1% of the student population skateboard to school.
i saw many sweet-looking mini skateboards at the surf wear shops at Carousel. :3

i got my bank card yesterday so i don't feel so bad about buying things anymore. :)

and i saw kangaroo steak at the supermarket, beside chicken livers and refrigerated meats for pets.
are these kangaroos caught from the wild or farmed?
makes me wanna become vegetarian.

oh yeah and i met Mr Masters on the way back from the supermarket. just my luck. i don't know why i keep bumping into the 1 person i don't want to see. D<
and i'm really grossed out by everything he says - "get creative together", "visit me", etc.

Maybe it's time to tell Mr Masters straight in his face how you feel, and to stop stalking / harassing you. Some folks may be academically talented but socially inept. Might as well set it right once and for all, and get on with (campus) life.

Envious of you taking the metal jewelry design classes. Have not been able to fully explore / experiment that subject. Do you work with raw metal or polymer metal clay (PMC)?

Have fun... You have access to CAD metal working :)
Maybe can build a full size sculpture one day ...

yeah, will definitely tell him if he does it again! D<

i'm not taking the jewelry design classes but have many classmates who are majoring in it.
we have to buy our raw material from the hardware store... not heard of PMC.

haha thinking of making big furniture actually
