Paris 2014 - Montmatre

Mom and I went to Montmatre. No selfies/wefies were taken then. I regret that... it was a pity not to pose for the camera.

Slightly rainy day on the way up.
Charming as ever - the outside of Au Lapin Agile.
Apparently the cabaret activities inside are quite fun!

We went to the Notre Dame at night - there were large crowds around the fire dancers performing on the grounds.

Paris 2014 - Louvre grounds, Latin Quarter

Continuation from my trip to Paris with my mom in Aug 2014.
Please enjoy the photos as limited commentary is available - I have forgotten what happened but Google Maps is very useful XD

I love their historic architecture. Covered passages/walkways for shoppers.
Touts, tourists and Carrousal Arc de Triomph.

We had duck with fries at a small restaurant/bistro. It was lovely.
Seine at dusk. They bought in sand for the summer.
Bicycle tours at the Latin Quarter.
Raucous and lively music
Small door restaurant - no scale for comparison but it was really small.
Late night shopping
16 euro meals
I bought some chocolates at Maison Georges Larnicol. Was good.

Today's date is 10 Jan 2018... I wanted to blog my Bangkok trip here and realised I have a lot of draft posts that are unpublished from several years back.

This post is about the exhibition on 700 years of Singapore history held in the National Museum in 2014. It was drafted on 18 Nov 2014. I won't remember going to this exhibition if not for these photos. How useful photos and blogs are!
